The two ideas that changed Nora's business.

Hey there,
I want to tell you about one of the moments that reminds me why I do this work.
|
Last year, a founder named Nora Cavani came to Mindvalley U.
She was building a children's health company out of Stockholm, and like so many brilliant founders, she was working incredibly hard.
She sat in on two talks. One of mine. One from Daniel Priestley.
She didn't just sit there and nod along. She took notes. She went home. And she implemented.
That's the whole thing, by the way. That's the difference between people who consume ideas and people who act.
A few weeks later, she sent us a message. I want you to read it in her own words:
|
"I just got out of a meeting with my finance person, and I'm honestly still shocked. After what I learned at Mindvalley U, I completely restructured my business. I basically cut our marketing spend by half — and we still grew. This month, we're up 300% in sales."
|
Read that again. She spent less and grew more.
She stacked two ideas — one from me & Daniel.
From my talk, she took the fundamentals: start email marketing ("now it's a major growth channel for us"), run webinars the right way, build a movement instead of just a product.
And then there was Daniel's idea. In her words:
|
"Then Daniel Priestley said, 'Don't sell your product — sell a free assessment.' So we created a quiz, and it became massive. We now get hundreds of new customers and emails every day through that quiz."
|
That single shift — Daniel's demand-generation method — became one of her biggest growth engines.
A quiz that pulls in customers every single day, on autopilot.
The result? She tripled its sales that month. Nora described running out of stock, packing products in the office until 11pm, then outsourcing shipping to keep up.
And by the way — Nora isn't an ordinary entrepreneur.
She went on to be named Female Founder of the Year 2024 at Web Summit — one of the most competitive stages in Europe.
If Daniel's demand method could do that for Nora, imagine what it could do for you.
That's exactly what Daniel is teaching on Monday, July 6th — a free live masterclass on how to make your business so in-demand that customers come to you.

PS: Remember where Nora's story actually began — Mindvalley U. It's our two-week gathering where thousands of entrepreneurs, creators, and growth-minded people come together to learn from teachers like Daniel and me in person. Nora sat in those rooms last year, took notes, and went home and tripled her business.
This year it's happening July 20–August 2 in Tallinn, Estonia — and the next breakthrough story could be yours. Learn more about Mindvalley U here
