Hi there,
First of all, thank you for opening this email.
Thank you for considering our teas, trusting our quality, and putting your faith in our team. And for those of you who have purchased—thank you for taking that leap.
We're a small business, like many others, and all we can ever hope for is to be given the time of day.
When that time does come, it's on us to make sure we've done everything possible to show you that we're the right choice.
This year, my goal is to offer more transparency—bigger updates on where we're headed, what we're working on, how we ensure quality, and how we continue to innovate across the products we offer.
Right now, we're working on launching improved versions of our best-selling teas, with even more grams of herbs per tea bag. This is something many people don't immediately notice, and it's often hard to communicate why it matters.
At first, it might not be something you even consider as important when choosing a tea. But when you start seeing the results you were hoping for, the value becomes much clearer.
That's why the amount of herbs per tea bag truly matters. More herbs allow us to deliver more of what makes each ingredient meaningful—so every cup works harder for you.
Many herbs contain naturally occurring compounds that contribute to their benefits, such as gingerol in ginger. To include more gingerol in your tea, we simply need to include more ginger.
That's why we currently offer an industry-leading 2,500 mg per tea bag. And we're not stopping there—we're actively working with our partners to develop tea bags that can hold even more… exciting things.
We hope to share more on that in the coming months.
Next, after many requests, we're also working on bringing back improved versions of our Sleep and Stress teas. These upcoming blends are designed to stand out across several dimensions: the quantity of herbs, the quality of those herbs, and—just as importantly—the choice of herbs themselves.
Choice is often the biggest challenge.
When someone is prescribed medication, most people never ask whether it's organic or GMO-free. In the natural products space, however, these considerations matter deeply to many customers—and we respect that.
At the same time, for some of the more exotic herbs we aim to include, such as Gymnema sylvestre and bitter melon, finding certified organic sources can be extremely difficult.
We've been working closely with our partners to identify and support more family-run farms that can eventually produce these ingredients organically, without compromising quality.
Beyond teas, we're also developing an entirely new line of innovative extracts—and, by popular demand from our team here at Herbaly, a full line dedicated to Women's Health.
I'll be honest—2025 has been a very challenging year for us. The cost of advertising and earning even a small amount of attention has continued to rise. Cost of ingredients, raw materials, everything has gone up.
So if you enjoy our products, the single biggest way you can support us is by sharing Herbaly with a friend, a family member, or even a store you love.
As we move into 2026, our focus is stability—building a business that gives our team and their families peace of mind, job security, and pride in the work they do every day.
Most importantly, though, this is about you.
We hope our products help you slow down in a busy world.
We hope they support your health goals and motivate you to keep moving forward.
And we hope that newfound health helps you build stronger social connections—to cook better meals at home, go for that walk, put on your shoes and see the world, share a smile, and laugh with someone special.
Once again, thank you—for everything.
Wishing you a happy New Year, full of health and happiness.
Much love,
Michael Klein
