Happy Saturday! Well, not for Ukrainian President Zelensky… |
(By the way, this special Saturday edition of "Trump Tracker" will only focus on the ripple effect of the explosive White House meeting between Trump & Zelensky yesterday) |
Let's recap the insane series of events that happened over the past 36 hours: |
Zelensky shows up to the White House in a sweatshirt and black pants (bad start, dude) He disrespects President Trump & VP Vance right to their faces, showing absolutely zero appreciation for everything they're trying to do to end this war. (yikes…) He then gets into a SCREAMING match with the two men, leading him to getting literally kicked out of the White House (you really don't understand this 'diplomacy' thing, do you Volodymyr?) He then immediately grovels, asking President Trump for a second chance. (🤦🏼♂️) Trump says "no" (I mean…what else did you expect?)

Sources inside the White House are saying that this was "strike 3" for Zelensky. |
If I were him, I would be sick to my stomach. |
We were literally on the doorstep of peace thanks to the work being put in by the Trump administration, but due to sheer pride, that all fell apart on Friday. |

You know things went horribly wrong for Zelensky when even his most ardent supporters are saying he screwed up. |
One Pro-Ukraine expert told Jake Tapper the following: |
"Ukraine is losing this war. Russia is making tens of thousands of drones per month, and Ukraine can't shoot them all down. Russia is making advances because Russia doesn't value human life and is okay to lose thousands of men a day. Ukraine can't keep up with that and shouldn't. |
There needs to be an end to this war and there are only 3 ways out. |
America can send military weapons and manpower and potentially this starts World War III. Ukraine can surrender and give in top Putin. We give the ceasefire plan and deal that Trump is pushing a chance.

I would go for option 3. Trump was talking about Ukraine getting land back that it has lost just yesterday. |
Zelensky knew the position of the Trump administration ahead of time. Perhaps this meeting was a trap, but it's one Zelensky could have easily avoided." |

Not only did he kick Zelensky out, but he said he won't be talking to him in the foreseeable future due to his behavior in the Oval Office yesterday. |
This will only put more pressure on Zelensky and force him to cave. Zelensky needs this war to end far more than Trump does. However, this war can't end until Zelensky puts his pride aside. |
