Ginger Lemon Tea Recipe
Today I want to share my go-to when I need to relax.
Plus, it helps soothe a stubborn cough and seasonal allergies, which is important this time of year.
I hope you enjoy :-) Reply back and let me know what you think, ok?
Ingredients: Instructions: In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the sliced ginger to the boiling water and reduce the heat to simmer for 5-10 minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the ginger steep for an additional 5 minutes. Strain the ginger slices from the water and pour the ginger-infused water into a mug. Add the fresh lemon juice and honey to the mug, stirring until the honey is dissolved. Sip slowly and enjoy the soothing warmth of this invigorating tea. Benefits:
Ginger is known for its anti-inflammatory properties, which can help reduce throat inflammation and ease congestion.
Lemon provides a boost of vitamin C to support the immune system and adds a refreshing citrus flavor to the tea.
Honey offers natural sweetness while also providing soothing relief for a sore throat.
With the healing power of natural ingredients like ginger and lemon, this homemade tea recipe offers comfort and relief for phlegm, sore throat, and congestion.
Try incorporating this tea into your daily routine to soothe and strengthen your body's resilience against phlegm, sore throat and seasonal challenges! |
