Good Afternoon!
What if simply shifting your eyes could help relieve tough mental disorders?
Mental health challenges like depression, trauma, and other disorders are increasingly common and often hard to treat.
In this episode of Epoch TV's "Vital Signs" hosted by Brandon Fallon, clinical psychologist Marilyn Luber, who has practiced Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) since 1992 and authored nine books on the subject, shares insights into this unique, structured, multi-step process form of psychotherapy. Using bilateral stimulation, often through eye movements, EMDR aims to store memories in a way that promotes healing and adaptation.
Since its development, EMDR has helped people worldwide in overcoming the effects of psychological trauma, alongside treating conditions such as anxiety, depression, and OCD.
Wishing you well.
