On Tuesday, my fellow Americans and I will be celebrating Independence Day, and with that in mind, I want to wish all my fellow patriots a very (safe and) Happy 4th of July! And regarding of where you call home, I hope that this finds you in the best of spirits and one step closer to optimal health. Since the 4th of July is my favorite holiday, I'm having a hard time seeing any color besides red, and along those lines, we're serving up a bunch of yummy, holiday-themed recipes, including 5 healthy 4th of July desserts (like fruit kabobs, strawberry cheesecake and cookies) and with 4 unique and delicious Independence Day recipes (we're talking crab cakes, jackfruit BBQ burgers, caprese-stuffed portabella and more). |
