'Healthy' and 'cheesecake' rarely find themselves used in the same sentence, but what if they weren't so mutually exclusive? Seems like a monumental task, I know – especially if you're a bit of a cheesecake snob like I am – but if there's one person who's up to the task of healthifying cheesecake (without sacrificing the taste), it's my pal Coach Cristina. And let me tell you, she did not disappoint with her Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Cheesecake Recipe. It is out-of-this-world delicious, and it is sure to delight your tastebuds.
