Q: What is Shop Your Look?

Simply put - Members will now have the option to select the exact outfit they want from a collection of stylist-curated Looks. After you take the Style Quiz, choose a plan, and be sure to select "Shop Your Look." There, you'll be presented with a handful of Looks to choose from. What you see is exactly what you'll get in your box!

Q: Is Stately no longer offering a personalized styling service?

We still do! Personalization is the cornerstone of Stately. But now, you'll get the best of both worlds. If you want your Stylist to personalize your just for you, select the Personal Styling option ("Have my stylist curate an outfit personalized just for me") and your Stylist will curate a box just for you.

Q: What is different about Stately vs. competitors?

I'm glad you asked! First, the price of your plan includes the cost of the clothes (members can expect to save over 50% off retail). Next, we only work with premium brands that you know and trust - no private labeling here. Third, we don't charge styling or shipping fees. And last, exchanges are easy.

Q: I have commitment issues.

We get it! Stately has a "no commitments" policy. If you don't think we're a great match, you have the opportunity to pause, skip, or cancel your service at any time. It's as simple as that.
