Meet Garrett Benedict, Portland-based chef and founder of G.Love. We first met Garrett when his wife, Kelsey, came to us to redesign a family heirloom into her wedding ring. From there, we created a matching band just for him—personal, timeless, and worn with meaning.
That ring inspired the first piece in our men's fine jewelry collection: The Benedict Signet Ring. To mark the launch, we sat down with Garrett over chilled red wine and oysters to talk about building from scratch, creating with purpose, and what it means to leave something behind.
