Guirola-Amaya is charged with possession of a firearm by an illegal alien, possession of a stolen firearm, and stealing firearms from a federal firearms licensee. He was caught with multiple stolen guns, some still bearing price tags, following a burglary at Golden Eagle Pawn where over 40 firearms were stolen. Evidence tying him to the crime was found in his vehicle, residence, and on his cell phone. If convicted, he faces up to 35 years in prison and $750,000 in fines under Operation Take Back America.
