- Highly Processed Foods : Fast food, chips, and instant noodles are not our friends when it comes to memory.

Recipe of the Day: Broccoli Salad | | Ingredients 6 cups fresh broccoli florets chopped 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons red onion, finely diced 1/4 cup and 1 teaspoon raisins 3 tablespoons dry roasted sunflower seeds 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons plain yogurt 3 tablespoons orange juice 1 tablespoon and 1-1/2 teaspoons fat-free mayonnaise
Directions Combine the broccoli, onions, raisins, and sunflower seeds.
In a small bowl, whisk the yogurt, orange juice, and mayonnaise until blended. Pour over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat.
