Today, I wanted to touch base on a topic that's super important as we age: dementia. Did you know certain foods might increase the risk?
It's true, and I'm here to spill the beans.
Steer clear of these: Fried Foods: Yes, they're delicious, but they're also linked to cognitive decline. Sugary Treats: Cakes, candies, and pastries can lead to inflammation, harming our brain. Processed Cheeses: Items like American cheese can build up proteins in your body that are associated with dementia. Processed Meats: Think sausages and bacon. They're not just bad for your heart; they could harm your brain too. Now, I don't want to leave you on a sour note. So how about a little pick-me-up? Every adult member of my family, including me, has seen noticeable benefits in our brain function with this, and you can try it for free at that link.
My family bets on it for our dementia defense, so I wanted to make sure you had a chance to try it if you'd like.
To your health and happiness,
