We don't know about you, but we love a good snack or two throughout the day. However, did you know that the snacks you choose can make or break the rest of your day? For a while there, we didn't, and we snacked on whatever was within reach. But then, we got tired of being tired and of feeling groggy from 3 pm onward. So what did we do? We changed up our habits.
