If you want happiness for a day, go fishing. If you want happiness for a year, inherit a fortune. If you want happiness for a lifetime, help somebody." The point is that optimal wellness and comprehensive fitness (e.g., physical, mental, spiritual, relational, etc.) is multi-faceted, and if you're feeling incomplete, unhappy or empty despite putting your best foot forward with your diet and exercise, look outside yourself and give not until it hurts, but until it feels great. |
