Eat your fruit and veggies peel and all 🍎

Hey there, Do you peel your potatoes and apples before eating them? Why? So many people automatically remove the peels without thinking of their nutritional value. Peels can increase the nutritional value of fruit and veggies exponentially, but habit shows most people throwing the extra benefit in the bin or into the compost.
