It's not the loud, celebratory part of the story. It's the quiet part. The heavier part. The part most people move past too quickly on the way to Easter Sunday.

Good Friday is about sacrifice. About giving fully. About showing up even when it would be easier not to. And I think there's something in that for all of us, especially when it comes to how we're taking care of our health.
