Before the Week Starts… Choose Just One Thing

A reset isn't about fixing everything.
It's about choosing one small thing that moves you forward.


You don't need an intense detox.
You don't need a complete overhaul.
You don't need to make up for anything you did or didn't do this week.

You just need one intentional action.


Let's make today simple, steady, and kind.


Step 1: Pick ONE Small Anchor

Choose something you can follow through on — not something that overwhelms you.


Here are easy options:

  • Protein first at your next meal

  • Drink a full glass of water

  • Add a serving of veggies

  • Take a 10-minute walk

  • Eat one aligned meal today

  • Set out what you'll eat for breakfast tomorrow

  • Go to bed 30 minutes earlier tonight
