Ingredients
• | 1 (6 pound) bone-in turkey breast |
• | 1/4 cup dried onion flakes |
• | 2 tablespoons low-sodium beef bouillon granules |
• | 1/4 teaspoon onion powder |
• | 1/8 teaspoon celery seed |
• | 1/8 teaspoon paprika |
• | 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper |
• | 1/4 teaspoon parsley flakes |
Directions
1. Rinse the turkey breast and pat dry.
2. Cut off any excess skin, but leave the skin covering the breast.
3. In a small bowl, mix together beef bouillon granules, dried onion flakes, onion powder, and seasoned pepper.
4. Rub seasoning mix all over outside of the turkey and under the skin.
5. Place in a slow cooker.
6. Cover, and cook on High for 1 hour, then set to Low, and cook for 7 hours.
